Fishing license
- Draws and fishing license sales only take place at Veidnes Bygdehus at 17.00 on all days except Sunday.
- Fishing licenses for Sunday are drawn and sold on Saturday.
- Fishing license prices 2025
- Children (up to and including the year they turn 12) fish for free, but must choose a zone if they do not meet the requirements for membership in Veidnes Fishing Association.
- If you are going to fish for salmon, sea trout or arctic char, you have to pay the Norwegian governmental fishing fee. Children and youth below 18 years is not required to pay the fee.

* Adults and youths who are going to buy a annual licence must be local, i.e. fulfill the requirements for membership in Veidnes Fishing Association.
Other youths must pay the adult price according to their residential address.
** Tourist cards can only be purchased by agreement with a local tourism company.
Members of Veidnes Fishing Association who want a 24-hour license must participate in a draw.
