New quota for salmon in the river of Veidneselva for residents outside Finnmark from 22 July 2024:
- Daily quota: 1 salmon per day
- Seasonal quota: 4 salmon in season
Veidnes Fishing Association:
- Salmon fishing in the period 1 June to 31 August.
- Draws and sale of fishing licenses only take place at Veidnes bygdehus at 17.00.
- All days except Sunday. Fishing license for Sunday is drawn and sold on Saturday.

The purpose of the Veidnes Fishing Association is to manage our wild anadromous populations of salmonids in the river of Veidneselva and the river of Lille-Porsangerelva with the Kjæsvannet.
